<p>Two-time IPL winners Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) pulled off one of the biggest heists in history of Indian Premier League (IPL) by securing last-ball win over Punjab Kings (PBKS) on Monday (May 8) night. KKR attained a 5-wicket win over PBKS, delivering their opponents a shock loss. However, Nitish Rana, newly-appointed captain of franchise Kolkata Knight Riders is now facing consequences for breaching the IPL Code of Conduct. As per an official release from Indian Premier League (IPL), Nitish Rana has been fined Rs 12 lakh for maintaining a slow over-rate in Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) vs Punjab Kings (PBKS) match on Monday (May 8) at the Eden Gardens.
